If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it by going to one of the following:
Once you are in the user account management system, enter your UIndy User Name, mark the box ?By selecting this checkbox you agree to ?.? and click on Request Pin:
Select one of the options listed to receive a PIN as shown below and click Send PIN:
After selecting your option, you will receive a pop message that your PIN has been sent:
Click Close; enter the PIN you receive, and click Validate:
Create and confirm your New Password (you must follow the password rules):
Click Reset Password; log into https://my.uindy.edu to make sure your new password is working properly.

- If visiting IT Help Desk in person, you must provide your UIndy ID card for assistance with changing your password.
- If calling, you will be asked to verify personal information and answer at least two of your four account security questions prior to any password changes.
