Can I save an Office file as a PDF?

Yes, "Save as PDF" is an option built-in to Office.

To save a file as a PDF:

  1. Click on the file menu.
  2. Select Save As.
  3. Change the format to PDF.
  4. Type the file name for your document.
  5. Click save.
  6. The file will open in Adobe Acrobat, exit out of Adobe Acrobat, if desired.
