Will someone be in the room to teach me how to use the audio-visual equipment?

IT Help Desk provides for the delivery of equipment to the location specified in the request but often does not have the field staff to provide operational training at the start of a class or event.  If you would like to schedule some time to review the proper set-up and operation of equipment, IT Help Desk staff will be happy to schedule an appointment, in advance, to make you feel more comfortable using the requested technology.
