There are two methods of obtaining an update:
- You may also check the status of your request by visiting https://help.uindy.edu. All of your open tickets will be shown. Tickets are updated by technicians working on the issue and are generally for internal use. You will be e-mailed if more information is needed.
- You may contact the Technology Support Services Help Desk at (317) 788-3318 or visit us in Schwitzer 212 to request an update on your help request. Please have your ticket number available.
