How can I find the status of my help request?

There are two methods of obtaining an update:

  1. You may also check the status of your request by visiting All of your open tickets will be shown. Tickets are updated by technicians working on the issue and are generally for internal use. You will be e-mailed if more information is needed.
  2. You may contact the Technology Support Services Help Desk at (317) 788-3318 or visit us in Schwitzer 212 to request an update on your help request. Please have your ticket number available.
